Discover limitless positive energy and how to use it effectively to bring more peace, harmony and laughter into your life. The methods taught empower you to dissolve stress thereby improving health,
relationships and emotions. Learn to do self-healing using short and simple meditations and thought techniques that you can employ whilst going about your normal day. Sessions incorporate a mixture of presentation, discussion and natural self-healing.

Hands on healing also available:
